在德国斯图加特，一位法官不得不对一起怀有“光荣意图”的案件做出判决，案情是，一名男子花钱雇邻居让自己的妻子怀孕。
事情的经过是这样的，29岁的Demetrius Soupolos和他的妻子Traute（前选美王后）似乎极其想要一个宝宝，不幸的是Demetrius被医生告知他是不孕不育症患者。
所以Soupolos在摆平妻子的反对后，雇佣他的邻居，34岁的Frank Maus，使其妻受孕。Maus已婚，是两个孩子的父亲，并且和Soupolos长得很相像，这个计划看起来很不错。
